Please read these terms carefully before using Suka Ai. They set out the rules that apply to everyone who accesses this site.

1. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Suka Ai and govern all access to and use of this site and its conversation features.
2. By opening, browsing or interacting with any part of this site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
3. Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is higher. Do not use this site if you do not meet that requirement.
4. All companion characters, portraits, biographies and conversation styles published here are fictional and generated. They do not depict real individuals, living or deceased.
5. Any resemblance between a published character and a real person is unintentional and coincidental.
6. Conversations are generated automatically. Responses may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for your circumstances and must not be relied upon as fact.
7. The service provides entertainment and companionship. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, immigration or emergency advice of any kind.
8. If you are experiencing a crisis or a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
9. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including messages, prompts, scenario descriptions and any details you choose to share.
10. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, that depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive context, or that promotes violence, trafficking, terrorism or self-harm.
11. You agree not to impersonate any real person, to submit another individual’s private data without authorisation, or to use the service for harassment.
12. Automated scraping, systematic extraction, bulk downloading, reverse engineering and circumvention of technical restrictions are prohibited.
13. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or commercially redistribute access to the service or to its outputs without prior written permission.
14. All text, layout, graphics, imagery, character designs and source materials published on this site are protected by intellectual property law.
15. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the site for private, non-commercial purposes.
16. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process content you submit strictly for the purpose of operating, securing and improving the service.
17. Some features are provided by independent third parties. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control and may change at any time.
18. Following an external link means leaving this site. We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of destinations we do not operate.
19. Where paid features exist, prices, billing cycles and renewal conditions are disclosed before purchase and are payable in the stated currency.
20. Unless the applicable consumer law of your jurisdiction states otherwise, charges for digital services already delivered are non-refundable.
21. You are responsible for cancelling any recurring subscription before its renewal date through the channel that processed the payment.
22. We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.
23. We may suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where continued access creates legal risk.

26. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
27. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
28. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
29. We may update these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when published, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
30. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and the invalid provision is applied to the greatest extent permitted.
31. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
